1. How long before the travel date can I make a booking?

Cash on Delivery bookings can be made for bookings when the date of departure is at least 3 days away.

2. What happens if I have to cancel a booking?

For booking made using the Cash on Delivery option, you can cancel the same by contacting our customer care helpline. The refund will be processed via an online bank transfer or cheque, issued on the name of the customer.

3. What can I do if I was not available when the Representative visited to collect the payment?

The Representative will make two attempts over two days to collect the cash payment, excluding Sundays and other public holidays. If you are not available at either time, t he booking will be treated as cancelled.

4. After making the payment, how long before I get the ticket?

E-tickets and vouchers will be sent to you within 24 hours of receiving the payment.

5. Are there any other requirements for Cash on Delivery?

Customers will be required to submit a copy of their PAN card before the cash pick-up can be scheduled.

Cash on Delivery Terms & Conditions

A Representative will make a maximum of two attempts within 2 days (excluding Sunday ) of booking for delivering the ticket and collecting the cash. The ticket will be treated as cancelled if the full booking amount is not collected from the customer after two attempts. There will be no collection on Sundays and holidays.

The customer needs to collect an invoice from representative while making the cash payment. representative may ask the customer to produce the booking proof/voucher at any time, on failure of which shall be entitled to cancel the booking.
